  • A ceremony commemorating sacrifices of the security forces was held at a nearby hotel in cooperation with the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) under the name “Ae Rahe e Haq k Shaheedon.”
  • President Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanvir Ilyas, Deputy Commissioner Faislabad Sohail Ashraf, Air Marshal Retired Arshad Mehmood Malik, Air Marshal Retired Farhat H. Khan, and other prominent armed forces officers were invited to the event

  • Guards of honor were also presented to the families of the martyrs by Rangers

 

FAISALABAD: A ceremony commemorating sacrifices of the security forces was held at a nearby hotel in cooperation with the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) under the name “Ae Rahe e Haq k Shaheedon,” BOL News reports.

According to the report, President Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanvir Ilyas, Deputy Commissioner Faislabad Sohail Ashraf, Air Marshal Retired Arshad Mehmood Malik, Air Marshal Retired Farhat H. Khan, and other prominent armed forces officers were invited to the event.

While addressing at the event, President of Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanvir Ilyas said, “the sacrifices of the martyrs, who thwarted every conspiracy of the enemies of the homeland, will always be remembered. This nation will always be proud of the martyrs of its brave soldiers.”

Major (retd.) Taseer addressed the event and said, “The martyrs have made their districts proud by spilling their blood for the nation. The Pakistan Army will always retaliate against the enemies of the country on the borders.”
