On Saturday night, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle started off the 2022 Invictus Games in the Netherlands, exuding the couple’s aspirations.
At the fifth official games’ opening ceremony, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stunned the athletes, guests, and fans with their incredible actions.
Meghan, Harry’s sweetheart, wore a beautiful white blouse, high-waisted black slacks, and a simple gold necklace to the occasion, while the Duke wore a grey suit and an open-collared white shirt.
By sharing an intimate kiss on stage at the ceremony, the loved-up pair sent a message to the world about their tight relationships. Meghan had ascended to the platform inside the Zuiderpark stadium in The Hague, the Netherlands, to introduce the Duke of Sussex when the PDA happened.
They also presented addresses to over 500 athletes and their families from 20 different countries.
Meghan expressed her ‘love and respect’ for Harry before naming her two young children and declaring that she couldn’t be prouder of her husband.
Earlier in the day, the Sussexes met with injured war veterans before boarding small Land Rovers piloted by children and capturing every scene with their Netflix team in behind.
Meghan gushed over Harry, saying, “I could not love and respect him more and I know many of you feel the same because he is your fellow veteran having served two tours of Afghanistan, and ten years of military service and the founder of Invictus Games and the father to our two little ones, Archie and Lili.”
