‘You have to accept me as I am,’ says Mathira

Mathira, a VJ and model, recently appeared in Ahsan Khan’s show Time Out with Ahsan Khan along with her sister Rose. She revealed her thoughts on her image as well as her early days as a VJ.

After Rose stated that Mathira was not “fake” and Ahsan alluded to possible plastic surgeries that the model had, she responded, “If I had gotten any such operations done, I would have owned up to them. I have had liposuction done, and I own it.

Mathira explained that she did not grasp Urdu well in the early days of her career as VJ when they moved from Zimbabwe in 2005. While describing how she kept a cool and collected attitude when callers made inappropriate comments on her during the live show, she shared, “To be honest, at the time I didn’t understand half the things that were being said because I did not know Urdu too well.”

She said, “My behavior is not hurting anyone. I just live my life according to how I am. I am not the kind of person who will dress a certain way abroad and a different way here. You have to accept me as I am.

My ex-husband still speaks to me like a friend, says Mathira

Leading Pakistani host, and model Mathira has said that even after her divorce from her ex-husband, they continue to talk like friends.

Recently, Mathira attended a show by senior actor Noman Ijaz as a guest.

In the program, Mathira also talked about various issues related to her failed married life.

“I will not call myself unlucky for my failed married life,” Mathira said.

“The time I spent with my ex-husband was great, and I believe that sometimes a person is not wrong, but the time that separates two people is wrong,” she said.

“Even after the divorce, I still have friendly conversations with my ex-husband. There is no enmity between us and I want the two to be happily separated,” she said.

“The greatest joy for me,” she said

“I thank God that my bad times did not affect my health,” Mathira added.

Leading Pakistani bold actress and model Mathira gave important advice to showbiz stars.

While advising showbiz stars, she said that it is better for a person to stay at home than go to award shows.

A short video clip of an interview of Mathira is going viral on social media in which the actress can be seen talking about award shows.

In the viral video clip, it can be seen that Mathira while talking to the host of the show, Noman Ijaz, says that if one wants to get fame, they can get it at home to; it is not necessary to go to award shows.

Mathira said that there are many people who admire the dress of actresses in award shows but at the back same people speak ill about them.

“That’s why I believe it’s better to sit at home and stay away from things than listen to people’s criticism,” she said.

While talking about her career she said that when I entered this industry, I was very scared of people.

“I am getting stronger with the passage of time and I believe that if someone says something to me, he will get an answer right away,” she said.

Mathira added that we should have fear of God, not humans.

It should be noted that the Hum Style Awards ceremony was held in the last few days in which the actresses wore western-style clothes and faced a lot of criticism.
