Karachiites facing hassle due to road closures ahead of PSL 2020 finale

Ahead of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2020 finale today, Karachiites faced extreme difficulty due to road closures, mainly at Shahrah-e-Faisal and additionally owing to office closure timings.

According to the Karachi traffic update, the Stadium Road has been closed off due to security concerns related to PSL 2020 finale.

Citizens of Karachi were advised by the traffic police to use alternative routes, including Rashid Minhas Road, Lyari Expressway, and University Road.

Vehicles coming from Liaquatabad were diverted from the Hassan Square bridge to New Town and the same road closed off for heavy traffic.

The roads from New Town to the National Stadium, as well as the one from Sohrab Goth to NIPA Chowrangi, have been closed for the traffic completely.

Constables and other traffic police officers were on the scene to maintain the flow of traffic.
