Bollywood superstar Priyanka Chopra is set to share the screen with her husband, singer Nick Jonas, and his brothers Kevin and Joe in an upcoming holiday film. According to reports from international media, the movie, scheduled for release in 2025, will premiere on Disney.

The project, which began filming on January 13 in Toronto, also stars Frankie Jonas, the youngest Jonas brother, and actress Chloe Bennet. Priyanka was spotted on set alongside Nick and her brothers-in-law, sparking excitement among fans eager to see the family collaborate onscreen.

Details about the plot and title of the holiday film remain under wraps, but the ensemble cast and festive theme promise a heartwarming cinematic experience.

For those unfamiliar with the star couple, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas tied the knot in December 2018 in Jodhpur, celebrating both Hindu and Christian traditions. In January 2022, the couple welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie, via surrogacy, sharing the news with fans in a heartfelt social media post.

In order to avoid danger, Nick swiftly left the stage while performing with his brothers, Joe and Kevin Jonas, as part of their band, the Jonas Brothers.

While Kevin and Joe stayed on stage, Nick quickly left the scene and informed his security team of the possible threat, as seen in a video that has gone viral on social media.

The Jonas Brothers reportedly took a brief break from their performance to address the situation, according to News 18. The person who was aiming the laser was swiftly located by the security personnel and ousted from the location.

Although many fans were disappointed in the concertgoer’s actions, they were relieved to know that Nick was unharmed. Nick has not made any public remarks about the incident as of yet.

Interestingly, the incident occurred just one day after Nick made his return to Instagram. On Monday, he shared photos of himself in front of a vibrant blue wall, captioning the post, “Been taking some me time from social media. Until, I had this great photographer take these cool pics of me in front of this blue wall.” He included hashtags like #enjoy and #ImBack, and tagged the location as Paris, France.

Previously, Joe Jonas was spotted wearing his wedding ring during a Jonas Brothers concert in Austin, Texas, suggesting that a breakup with Sophie Turner was not imminent.

The rumors of a split started circulating after it was reported that “Joe had his people contact and consult with at least 2 L.A.-area divorce lawyers, and he is on the cusp of filing divorce docs to end his marriage to Sophie.”

As of now, Sophie Turner has not commented on the rumors, nor has she made any posts on Instagram.

Joe and Sophie met in 2016 and got engaged a year later. They had an impromptu wedding in Vegas in 2019, followed by a more elaborate ceremony in France. They welcomed their first daughter in 2020 and another in 2022.

The track “Mr. Perfectly Fine” was introduced as an extra song on Fearless (Taylor’s Version), and it’s widely speculated to be about Joe Jonas, aged 34.

Turner previously shared her appreciation for the song by posting “it’s not NOT a bop” on Instagram when it was released in 2021.

Taylor Swift, aged 33, swiftly responded to Turner’s post, playfully referring to Turner’s Game of Thrones character, Sansa Stark.

“Forever bending the knee to the Queen of the North,” Swift’s reply read.

In 2008, Swift and Jonas reportedly dated briefly, and Swift mentioned on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that he ended the relationship over the phone that same year. At that time, Swift was on tour promoting her album Fearless, and she later indicated that the song “Forever & Always” was inspired by Jonas. In 2019, she expressed regret for making those comments about their breakup on television.

Furthermore, during a TikTok Live session in August 2022, Jonas and Turner answered fan questions, including revealing their favorite Taylor Swift album. Turner enthusiastically proclaimed, “1989, hands down, the best,” and then added, “although, Reputation was inspired by, or partly inspired by, Sansa and Arya Stark. Did you know that?” Turner playfully quizzed Jonas.

“That’s pretty cool,” Jonas responded. “And 1989 is a great album. Bangers. Bangers!”
