The eagerly awaited PSL 8 anthem, “Zalmi Raalal,” has been released by TCL in collaboration with Peshawar Zalmi. The anthem, which Hassan Dawar directed, is a potent fusion of Peshawar Zalmi’s three main passions- music, fashion, and sports. Since its publication, the hymn, which honours the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region and its people, has received over one million views across all online platforms, with the figure steadily rising. Mahira Khan, Zalmi players, and head coach Darren Sammy, who is loved by all Pakistanis, are featured in the illustrious and narrative-focused anthem.
In order to create a musical harmony that symbolizes the diversity of Zalmi’s fan base, the hymn also contains Pashto, Urdu, and English.

Alongside Sammy, the anthem video prominently features Peshawar Zalmi’s ambassadors and athletes, including Muhammad Haris, Saim Ayub, Arshad Iqbal, and others. It is a multilingual blend of Pashto, Urdu, and English that is both diverse and lovely. The TCL and Peshawar Zalmi anthems give fresh, upcoming artists a platform to display their talent, enhancing the PSL season’s enthusiasm. Majid Khan Niazi, the head of marketing at TCL, took delight in enabling “Zalmi Raalal” and discovering new talent to make this PSL season one to remember. Peshawar Zalmi CCO Nausherwan Effandi meanwhile stressed the team’s dedication to supporting emerging musicians in Pakistan and collaborating with a global music producer to stoke the youth’s passion and creativity.
