After losing the victory in US Presidential elections 2020 against Joe Biden, former President Donald Trump came out to be aggressive as he fired Defence Secretary Mark Esper, announcing on Twitter that the top US official has been “terminated”.
According to the details, Christopher Miller will replace Mark Esper immediately. Miller, however, currently serves as director of the National Counterterrorism Center.
…Chris will do a GREAT job! Mark Esper has been terminated. I would like to thank him for his service.

It follows a public falling-out between Mr Trump and Mr Esper in recent weeks.
Trump and Esper repeatedly collided over pressure from the White House to deploy federal troops to quash civil unrest.
Whereas, the President’s plan is abruptly withdraw U.S. troops from Afghanistan; putting the national security establishment’s plans under danger.
