KARACHI: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Corporate Crime Circle arrested a Pakistani trader involved in fraud with a Chinese firm.

FIA ​​Corporate Crime Circle arrested Zeeshan Afzal Bilgrami, the accused involved in cheating a Chinese firm while conducting operations on I. I. Chundrigar Road.

The FIA ​​spokesman said that the accused Zeeshan Afzal is the owner of Bilgrami Dens and Traders, the arrested accused had defrauded a Chinese company of 113.9 million. The accused of bank fraud had defamed the name of Pakistan.

The spokesman said that the case was registered after the approval of the FIA ​​Zonal Board, the case was filed on the complaint of the importer of the Chinese company Ms. Corinne Chen. The Pakistani exporter and the Chinese importer had signed an agreement on January 17.

Under the contract, the company was to export 1500 metric tons of chrome ore. On February 11, a container was sent from Karachi port to Chinese port. The container was filled with sand, stone and gravel instead of chrome.
