Charli D’Amelio Wishes Kourtney Kardashian Well After Surgery

The 19-year-old TikTok sensation, Charli D’Amelio, expressed her fondness for her boyfriend Landon Barker’s stepmother, Kourtney Kardashian.

She briefly spoke during the D’Amelio Footwear pop-up event at The Grove. She shared her excitement about Kardashian’s pregnancy (her first with her husband, Travis Barker of Blink-182) and her recent hospitalization. Charli D’Amelio stated, “I think everyone’s very excited about [the] family expanding, and obviously happy and healthy positive vibes all around. I’m so excited for them. I think everyone is just happy to see them happy.”

Kardashian, 44, disclosed her hospitalization on Instagram shortly after Charli’s interview, revealing that she had undergone fetal surgery. She expressed her gratitude to her doctors for saving her baby’s life and thanked her husband for his support during her hospital stay.

Travis, 47, also acknowledged the situation on Twitter, expressing gratitude for the successful emergency surgery for their baby and thanking everyone for their support, while confirming his tour would resume soon.

God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I’m so grateful went well. I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday.

Charli D’Amelio acknowledged that having her boyfriend Landon Barker’s father Travis Barker, and stepmother Kourtney Kardashian in the audience made her feel more anxious.

Charli danced the rumba to Billie Eilish’s song No Time to Die with professional partner Mark Ballas. D’Amelio and Ballas scored a score of 33 out of 40, which includes the first 9 of the season, according to the publication. D’Amelio is competing this season against her mother, Heidi D’Amelio.

After the show, the couple chatted with a leading magazine. They were questioned about their thoughts about getting such a remarkable grade.

“I mean, it feels great! I was definitely getting very nervous right before,” D’Amelio shared, adding that most of her nerves were due to “just going first.”

“I was a little scared for that, but our dance, and everything that I was nervous about, went smoothly! So I was very happy with it.”

When broached about having Kardashian and Barker in the audience, D’Amelio expressed that it meant a lot to her to have them there. “I think it’s so nice to have my friends and family here to support me. It definitely means a lot.”

“I try not to look at them while I’m performing, because it makes me nervous,” she admitted. “But it always feels good to see them after, and just get to talk to them, and have them see me do something I’m having a lot of fun doing. They never get to see me dance! So, it’s a lot of fun.”

They include a Taurus symbol and the word “rebel” on her upper arms.

Charli D’Amelio, a former TikTok star who is now a mega-influencer, seems to spend a perfect day off by hanging out with friends, making fun content, and getting a few tattoos. In her most recent video, D’Amelio shows off a bunch of tiny tattoos that she seems to have gotten all at once, since the caption says “tattoo day.” The “@” symbol on her middle finger and the word “smile” on the outside of her index finger make up the smallest of her tattoos.

She also wrote the word “breathe” on her left index finger, so that it will show up whenever she holds up her phone as a gentle reminder to breathe.

The designs and placement of her new tattoos on her arms are also simple but pretty. They include a Taurus symbol (D’Amelio’s zodiac sign), a cute picture of a chick hatching on the back of her arm, and the word “rebel” under what look like dog ears on her upper arm.

The result is a fun group of tattoos that D’Amelio clearly loves but doesn’t seem to take too seriously. It’s a patchwork of happy memories, and she hopes to keep adding to it as time goes on.

But D’Amelio wasn’t the only person in her TikTok who got a tattoo. Her other friends were shown getting “222” tattooed on the inside of their fingers, and she also showed a “Everything happens for a reason” stencil, tagging influencers Avani and Arrington.
