Aryan Khan birthday

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan marks his 24th birthday on November 12 (today) but the family is keeping the celebrations ‘quiet’ following his arrest by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3.

According to media reports, Aryan Khan will have a small intimate celebration at their bungalow Mannat, which will only be attended by his family.

The star kid has been in constant touch with his friends from the US and UK over video calls. Khan’s sister Suhana, who is currently in NYC, will be joining the celebration over FaceTime.

He received an adorable birthday wish from his sister after the star kids’ cousin, Alia Chhiba, posted a throwback picture of the birthday boy.

Suhana and Alia are cute little munchkins in the snap as they ride on a stroller while Aryan and his cousin Arjun Chhiba are seen standing beside the girls.

After the snap was shared on the IG story, Suhana re-posted the picture on her account to wish Aryan.

Alia wrote in her Instagram story, “Happy Birthday to the two most loving and inspiring people.”

Here is why Aryan Khan did not appear at NCB for questioning

On Sunday, Aryan Khan was summoned to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for questioning, an official from the agency informed the news agency ANI. However, he did not show up for the summons, due to illness.

“Aryan Khan was called to the NCB for questioning today. However, due to a slight fever, he will not be coming,” ANI quoted an official as saying.

SRK’s son is now out on bail on a drug charge. He was apprehended on October 3 during an NCB raid on a cruise ship the day before.

Despite the fact that he was not found in possession of any drugs, he was suspected of being involved in an international drug charge based on his WhatsApp conversations.

On October 8, Aryan was sent to the Arthur Road Jail. He was granted release by the Bombay High Court last month after spending more than three weeks in jail.

He appeared before the NCB on Friday to mark his presence, as required by his bail conditions.

Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s eldest son Aryan Khan will stay in jail till 20 October, who was arrested in a drug case by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Mumbai on 3 October.

According to Indian media reports, judge V V Patel restrained his order on SRK’s son’s bail plea.

Meanwhile, Aryan’s lawyer Amit Desai rejected all allegations of the star kid’s association to an international drug ring.

His lawyer said, “Is this boy [Aryan] involved in any international drug trafficking? They say we are in touch with the Ministry of External Affairs. Well, you go ahead and continue. But this allegation is inherently absurd and false.”

He further added, “Today’s WhatsApp chats between friends can sound different. These are private moments which are being investigated. You can go ahead and investigate. But this has nothing to with illicit drug trafficking. Context is important when we deal with evidentiary value. There are no messages about the rave party.”

Aryan Khan case: “He is not a first time consumer,” NCB counsel

Here is why Aryan Khan did not appear at NCB for questioning

All eyes are on Thursday bail hearing as the Mumbai sessions court will decide the fate of Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the cruise drug scandal.

The sessions courts, which is currently hearing the case of Aryan Khan, adjourned Wednesday without granting bail to the 23-year-old.

As the session has now resumed, NCB counsel ASG Anil Singh is leading forth his arguments that oppose Aryan’s bail plea.

“He is not a consumer for the first time,” says ASG. “And has been a regular consumer of drugs for the last few years. The panchanama clearly establishes that he was in conscious possession of contraband as he admitted the charas was in possession of Arbaaz Merchant and that they were going to smoke it on the cruise. So it may not be right to say he was not found in possession of any drugs,” he stated.

“Both were in touch with peddler Aachit Kumar. He was in touch with a foreign national and we are taking assistance of MEA and also written to our head of Department in Delhi,” ASG continues.

Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 in connection with the seizure of banned drugs onboard a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has accused Aryan of consuming drugs, while his counsel has maintained that no drugs were found with his client during raids.
