Arjun Kapoor is a Hindi-language actor from India. He made his acting debut in the superhit romance Ishaqzaade and went on to appear in several subsequent films as a member of the Surinder Kapoor family.

The actor, who has been focusing on his fitness, is proud of the 15-month metamorphosis he has undergone. The actor shared two images of himself on Monday. Arjun is seen showing his well-chiseled figure in the first photo.

Arjun Kapoor wrote, “15 months of being #workinprogress! Felt cute and definitely won’t delete later because I’m immensely proud of this journey. Feb 2021 to May 2022 – it’s been a tough one and I’m only glad that I could stay on track. Must admit that it was very tough to stay on course, it still is, but I’m loving the state of mind that I’m in for these past 15 months. I hope it stays the same. My #MondayMotivation is now me and not others on the gram loving themselves. It’s been a while since I have felt this way!! This is me this is who i am (chest hair included.”

Malaika Arora is back at work after a car accident

Bollywood actor Malaika Arora posted a photo on her Instagram Stories announcing her return to work following an accident earlier this month. Malaika was injured in an car accident on April 2, and she was rushed to the Apollo hospital for treatment.

Malaika was released from the hospital on April 3 and returned home with her boyfriend Arjun Kapoor.

Sharing a picture of her legs, also featuring her golden heels, Malaika wrote, “Feels good to be back on set,” along with a folded hands emoji.

Malaika and her partner Arjun Kapoor recently attended the wedding reception of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.

Malaika recently uploaded an old photo of herself from the United States, in which she can be seen peering out the window. She also provided an update to her fans beside the photo.

She wrote, “The last few days and the events that unfolded have been quite unbelievable. Thinking about it in retrospect feels like a scene from a film and not something that actually happened. Thankfully, immediately after the accident, I felt like I was enveloped with the care from so many guardian angels – be it my staff, the people who helped me reach the hospital, my family who stood by me throughout this ordeal, and the amazing hospital staff.”

Bollywood star Arjun Kapoor has bought a luxurious sky-villa in one of Mumbai’s posh locales in Bandra, neighbouring his girlfriend Malaika Arora.

According to media reports, the actor has shucked out an estimated amount of 20 to 23 crore for the purchase of the villa.

Arjun Kapoor’s girlfriend Malaika and other Bollywood stars including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor are now neighbours to him.

He has invested in the property at the 26-floor tall, 81 Aureate in the Bandra West, reports added.

Earlier, Arjun Kapoor had detailed his obesity days and how he overcomes them.

Recently, Arjun discussed his struggles during an interview with Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor.

He said, “It reached a point where I developed asthma, I developed injuries because of it and I reached 150 kgs by the time I was 16 years old.”

“When my parents split up, I looked at food for comfort. I got caught up in the way I felt emotionally so I started eating and then I really enjoyed eating,” he added.

“Fast food culture came into India at that point in time and fast food is fast food, you can go after school and keep eating. And it is very difficult to let go because eventually there is nobody to stop you beyond a point,” said the Ki & Ka starlet.

In a recent interview, Arjun, 35, felt COVID-19 only like a regular viral infection and not anything serious.

“I was diagnosed positive on a Sunday. I remember waking up the next day with slight fever, body ache and was feeling fatigued while using the washroom. By Wednesday, it felt like a regular viral and the fever had subsided but I felt sluggish and tired through the rest of the week”, he told.

However, at the same time, the Ishaqzade actor talked about that how he doesn’t understand COVID’s lasting effects.

Kapoor added, “Emotionally, the recuperation is unique because nobody knows how to go about it. Even today, I am careful because the doctors have advised me to take it one day at a time.”

As the actor recovers from the infectious disease, he has decided to donate plasma to help others, a medical professional revealed.

According to sources, “Yes, this is true. Arjun will be donating his plasma on the 45th day since he tested positive.”

“Arjun will have to go to a city hospital to donate his plasma. We want more and more Indians who have battled and won over coronavirus to also do the same. We need to beat this virus and the support of all Indians is key to us winning,” added the source.

Earlier this month, Arjun had announced that he had contracted COVID-19 saying: “I’m feeling ok and I’m asymptomatic. I have isolated myself at home under the advice of doctors and authorities and will be under home quarantine.”

“I thank you all in advance for your support and I will keep you all updated about my health in the days to come. These are extraordinary and unprecedented times and I have faith that all of humanity will overcome this virus,” he added.
