Twinkle Khanna slams Koffee With Karan Johar

Twinkle Khanna is an Indian Interior designer, author, producer, and former film actress.

Twinkle Khanna joked that she can’t do Koffee With Karan, but she can do ‘Tea With Twinkle.’ Twinkle made her Bollywood debut in 1995 with Barsaat, but she left the industry after a few years.

Twinkle wrote, “Just rolling with it! On a set I am prone to mumbling, ‘Shoot me now,’ though I secretly mean with a Nerf gun and not a camera, but then there are days like these when it’s all fun and games Hmm.. Can’t do Koffee with Karan again but Tea with Twinkle may not be a bad idea after all.

A day ago he also wrote a heartfelt note along with a picture for her cute daughter Nitara Kumar on her 9th birthday.

“No bigger joy in the world than a daughter’s tight hug. Happy Birthday, Nitara – grow up, take on the world, but always stay Papa’s precious li’l girl too. Love you.” Akshay wrote in the caption.

The actor-turned-author posted a few photos from their at-home party on Instagram, and it appeared to be a fun time. Twinkle Khanna and their daughter Nitara hosted a tea party for two on Friday evening, while Akshay Kumar was busy promoting his upcoming film BellBottom.

He wrote, “A Mad Hatter’s tea party for two. The 13-Storey Treehouse is what we are going to read today. If you have a child between 7-9 this is something that will get them reading even if they are usually reluctant. It’s silly, funny, filled with illustrations, and a bit mad so it matches our mood perfectly this afternoon. We are also going to try our hand at some drawing and sketches as a scribbled homage to Terry Denton the book’s illustrator. #thingstodowithkids.”
