Prince William and Kate’s new home is too small for a live-in nanny

  • The four-bedroom cottage is too small for their nanny, Maria Borrallo.
  • Staff members, including a housekeeper and chef, will be moving elsewhere.

Prince William and Kate’s children are preparing to embrace a significant change in their lifestyle, as the Cambridge children will be living without their nanny in Windsor Cottage.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are reportedly moving from Kensington to the four-bedroom cottage to be closer to the Queen.

The cottage is too small for Ms Maria Borrallo, the nanny to Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, according to The Telegraph.

According to the outlet, the nanny and other staff members, including a housekeeper and a chef, will be living elsewhere.

Ms Borrallo has cared for Kate and William’s children since 2014 when their first child was only eight months old.

According to The Sun, “Kate and William” were looking for a modest home to begin their new lives in Windsor.

“Adelaide Cottage fits the bill because it is a four-bedroom home and they do not need any more as they have no live-in staff.”

“They were adamant they didn’t want anything too showy or anything that needed renovating or extra security so as not to be a burden on the taxpayer.”
