The year 2021 is being considered as an important year for Roger Federer, the star tennis player of Switzerland, as Federer withdrew from the first Grand Slam Australian Open this year due to a knee injury.
According to the details, the tennis season was affected from March to August due to the coronavirus, but tennis returned in mid-August and then major tournaments like USS Open, French Open, and ATP World Tour Final were held. The Australian Open announced at the end of December that six-time champion Federer would not be taking part in the 2021 Australian Open.
