A troll even said that Mahira’s “silence” was caused by worries about prospective Hollywood contracts. Mahira cannot risk her future Holywood contracts guys, thats why she didn’t name Israel. Majboriya hoti hain.” To this, she responded with a concise yet powerful message: “Uhhh, I call it loud and clear. Sit down. Use your time to pray for Palestine.” Her uncompromising response indicated her determination to speak out about the suffering in Gaza.

Mahira also retweeted a remark by Fatima Bhutto, expressing her thoughts on the awful situation in Gaza. Fatima Bhutto posted a heartbreaking video of a baby girl drenched in blood and trying to breathe after being rescued from the ruins of a destroyed house. “The images of these babies will haunt me forever. These are the victims of Israel’s genocidal campaign against Gaza and the victims of Europe, UK, and the US’s deranged support for the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians.”

One image has the note, “Half of the people in Gaza are children.” The other was a quotation of Nicholas Kristof condemning one-sided apathy for Palestinian kids, “If we owe a moral responsibility to Israeli children, we owe the same moral responsibility to Palestinian children. Their lives have equal weight. If you care about human life only in Israel or Gaza, then you don’t actually care about human life.”

Khan began her pleasant message by recalling the first time she informed her friends about her wedding: “So when I told my friends about the wedding… I also laid out a few ‘requests’. This is how they went.”

Me – Guys please I’m too old for dances, can we not have dances? “, the famous actress from Humsafar said in response to a joke made by one of her followers.

The Bin Roye actress also expressed her eagerness to rejoice with her loved ones as the big day drew near.

The Ho Mann Jahaan actor also reminisced on how her childhood and industry pals “had seen it all” and were always there for her. “My childhood friends, work friends, my cousins… had seen it all with me – held me when I was down and clapped when I succeeded. I had done the same with them.”

Then she acknowledged “these insanely amazing humans,” or “family,” in her next sentence.

Khan also wrote while wishing birthday to her friend, “My bestest friend in the whole world surprised me at the Mehndi and I still can’t believe she made it. It’s her birthday today – I love you my insia lotia. Always and forever.”
