The search for a Kate Middleton doppelganger with ‘English Rose’ looks begin

Kate Middleton

The producers of The Crown are looking for a young actress to replace Kate Middleton’s shoes as the show’s sixth season approaches.

According to The Sun, Netflix is seeking for a ‘stunning’ actress to play the Duchess of Cambridge during her undergraduate years, when she first met Prince William.

A TV insider said: “Having the Duchess of Cambridge starring is an easy win for The Crown, as the creators know it will get more people watching.

“Particularly as it will show her relationship with William just as their romance starts to blossom when they were both students.

“But since she’s not necessarily a crucial part of the storyline, Kate’s presence is essentially a bonus, they’ll only cast someone if they can find the right candidate.”

The search comes after the show’s producers advertised for performers to play William, who is between the ages of 16 and 21, and Harry, who is between the ages of 16 and 20.

“Looking for a strong physical resemblance,” their requisition read.

The Crown’s final season will begin production in August. The show will focus on the years 1997 to the early 2000s.

Plans for the Queen’s death top-secret document exposed

Queen Elizabeth

A Welsh government officer accidentally forwarded letters and a security brochure labelled “official sensitive” to a member of the public.

A letter from a top UK state servant expressed worry that a news website had revealed classified details regarding the Queen’s death procedures. In addition, security advice was erroneously emailed to a member of the public.

The Welsh government is looking into a “possible security compromise,” but claims the leak revealed no “operational information.”

According to the report, the security pamphlet should not have been distributed. According to the BBC, the correspondence was about the Monarch’s death rituals.

In September 2021, a top UK Government civil worker wrote to colleagues to express alarm over new facts regarding the Queen’s death that had been published on a news site.

The news report, according to the government worker, was based on internal records that were not meant to be made public.

Meghan Markle’s new legal step is ‘likely to raise eyebrows,’ expert

Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle’s latest legal step, applying to trademark the term “archetypes,” would “certainly raise eyebrows,” according to a Royal Family expert.

Last month, the Duchess of Sussex filed an application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office to start the first season of her Spotify podcast.

This trademark application pertains to the use of the term “archetypes,” which has origins in ancient Greece and was first used in England in the 1540s.

But the editor of Daily Mail Diary Richard Eden warned on Twitter: “The Duchess of Sussex’s latest legal move is likely to raise eyebrows.”

“Meghan could face a legal challenge from companies that use the word in their names, such as the skincare and cleaning products business Archetypes, which has already established a trademark.

“Victoria Beckham fought a similar linguistic battle in 2002.

“The former pop singer known as Posh Spice tried to prevent the Championship football team Peterborough United from trademarking their club’s nickname ‘Posh’, arguing that the word was ‘inexorably associated’ with her.”

Meghan expresses her sadness as Harry ‘almost’ brings the audience to tears

Meghan Markle

The death of a close friend, Oli Juste, a dog trainer and animal behaviouralist, who first introduced her to the Mayhew animal charity, which she later became a patron of, has left the Duchess of Sussex in “heartbreak.”

Meghan, who became a patron of the shelter in 2019, wrote that his loss left her “heartbroken and reflective” in her letter, adding: “We shared, amongst many things, a commitment to animal welfare, and a deep love of rescue dogs.”

Her moving speech came as Prince Harry addressed the contestants at the Invictus Games, marking his first public appearance since missing Prince Philip’s funeral service.

The athletes were surprised by the call from the Duke, with vice-captain Kelly Leonard saying: “I was nearly in tears when he gave us a team talk. It was really rousing. The message was about what Invictus is about, that resilience and that journey. It was really wonderful to see him.”

Prince Andrew incites worries of a royal return

Prince Andrew

In view of the mounting public hostility to Prince Andrew’s return to the fold, royal insiders have expressed concerns about their developing closeness.

According to sources close to The Sun, there are concerns over Prince Andrew’s rumoured return.

The inside source was also quoted saying, “The need to move to Windsor is growing more and more. Andrew spends a lot of time with the Queen.”

“He lives next door and is always there for her. During the Covid lockdown, the family were glad Andrew was always on hand.”

“There is not a man, woman or child who would not say he had every right to be at Philip’s thanksgiving. But the family have been adamant there’s no way back.”

“There are real fears that despite being banished from The Firm in January, he is using his closeness to the Queen as a springboard back into public life.”

The Queen is handed a dummy hand to cope with the ‘hours and hours’ of waving crowds

Queen

Queen Elizabeth II has been the monarch of the United Kingdom for 17 years and has attended several private and public royal engagements throughout that time.

A joyful and friendly hand wave to everybody she meets is a gesture she is always required to make. Your Highness never loses the patience to demonstrate her regal wave even when she is surrounded by throng for hours.

As a result of the ordeal, a student decided to give the monarch a false hand to use when she was fatigued. Princess Anne, the Queen’s daughter, told the story in 1980.

Anne revealed that the gift was given to Parkinson during the 95-year-Royal old’s Tour to Australia in 1970.

She said: “There were still one or two sort of noisy students about in those days – the end of the Sixties, you know. There was this slightly noisy group on arrival, and we thought what are they up to.

“And three of them pushed out of the crowd with this hand and it was a sort of stuffed glove, for want of a better expression, with a joint. And these three presented it to the Queen, I think thinking that they were being really rather daring and rather cheeky.

“And the Queen took it from them and said ‘Thank you very much, that is what I’ve always wanted!’ And their faces literally dropped because this wasn’t quite the reaction they’d expected!”

Princess Royal revealed where the hand is presently when questioned: “We’ve never seen it again. So if they’re watching perhaps they’ll make us another one.”

‘You used to shout at me so much’ Harry cracks a joke with the Sandhurst PTI

Prince Harry

Harry stunned the Invictus Games Team UK contestant with a video call as members of the Invictus Games Team UK met for a final training camp before the event in the Netherlands later this month.

The games were established by the Duke of Edinburgh to aid in the rehabilitation of injured or sick military men and veterans from all around the world by providing them with the opportunity to compete in sporting activities comparable to the Paralympics.

He said: “Is my PTI from Sandhurst in here somewhere?

“There she is! I can’t believe after 15 years our paths are crossing again.

“You used to shout at me so much.”

She responded: “You needed it!”

The royal continued: “I needed it. Yeah, cool. That’s also fair enough.”

The worldwide tournament will be held in The Hague from April 16 to 22, after being postponed due to the pandemic.

When Harry said that the contestants had had two years to prepare for the games and that fitness should not be an issue, the room burst out laughing.

“You realise that no-one, not just you guys, no-one’s got any excuses for not being fit now,” he joked.

Royal fans notice Kate Middleton’s silent gesture at Prince Philip’s memorial

Kate Middleton

During the memorial service for the Queen’s late husband Prince Philip, royal admirers noticed the Kate Middleton executing a covert curtsy as the Queen passed by.

At the opening of the ceremony, the Queen was escorted down the aisle to her seat and greeted with a gracious curtsy.

The Duchess’ modest curtsy had to be seen with keen eyes by royal enthusiasts.

Kate was joined in making the customary bob towards her majesty by Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, and her daughter Lady Louise Windsor.

Other royal women attending the liturgy at Westminster Abbey did not bow when they saw the Queen.

This is due to royal protocol, which states that one should only bow to the Queen on their “first meeting of the day.”

The Queen and Kate have a touching moment as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge face criticism for portions of their Caribbean tour, with some pointing to heavy colonial overtones.

Prince William and Kate are changing royal strategy to follow Prince Philip’s work style

Prince William and Kate are changing royal strategy to follow Prince Philip's work style

Prince William and Kate have taken on an increasing leadership role, settling into their future positions within the monarchy. Since the commencement of the health issue in 2020, when the Queen was compelled to step aside from public obligations, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have taken up.

Former Sun royal writer Charles Rae appeared on GB News to discuss Prince William’s aspirations to change up his job as King-in-waiting and to follow Prince Philip’s royal strategy model.

Mr Rae said: “It seems like he and Catherine want to concentrate on five or six core charity projects, which was what Prince Philip did, rather than the myriad of charities that the Prince of Wales is involved in.

“That doesn’t mean that he’s going to ignore all these other charities, it just means he’s going to concentrate on some of them.”

He added, “this is going to look like as if it’s a rift between father and son but it isn’t really, it’s just a reshaping of the role.”

Mr Rae quoted about Prince Charles’ role as future King: “Prince Charles has made it mean something, he started the Prince’s Trust.”

“He may not concentrate so much on the Prince’s Trust but he will concentrate more on his foundation that he started with Prince Harry which in effect does the same sort of job.

“It’s there to help people, give them a leg up in life so that, you know, perform well in society,” he concluded.

Royal Family fans awestruck by the Queen’s youngest grandchild

Royal Family fans awestruck by the Queen's youngest grandchild

Prince Philip’s grandchildren flocked to his memorial service yesterday to pay their respects to their late grandfather. Lady Louise Windsor, his youngest grandchild, had a lot in common with the Duke of Edinburgh.

Louise, 18, donned a classic navy dress to the Westminster Abbey service, which she paired with a navy blazer and various pieces of jewellery. And it appears that one of her outfits was a discreet but meaningful tribute to her grandfather. A lovely carriage driving brooch was pinned to her clothing, paying homage to their mutual passion for the equestrian sport.

One of the royal fan said, “Isn’t Lady Louise Windsor absolutely blossoming. I hope she decides she’d like to play a greater role when she finishes her full time education. I wonder if she will take up her title and become the next Princess Louise.”

Another said, “she becomes more and more beautiful” while another said “beautiful Lady Louise Windsor is wearing a Clogau necklace containing rare Welsh gold”.

Kate Middleton flaunts Queen's £66.3 million diamond necklace

The Nizam of Hyderabad necklace is the most valuable piece in Her Majesty’s collection. According to analysts at jewellery box, this is worth a stunning £66.3 million. The necklace was a wedding gift from the Nizam of Hyderabad to the Queen (then Princess Elizabeth) in 1947.

Nizam, who was immensely affluent, told Cartier to let her choose whatever she desired.

The necklace and a floral tiara with removable components that could be used as brooches were given to Elizabeth.

Since becoming a member of the Royal Family, Kate Middleton has worn the necklace.

Kate’s jewellery selections, notably when she wore this necklace, were discussed by Charlotte White, head of design at 77 Diamonds, Europe’s largest online diamond jeweller.

She said: “Kate’s jewellery style choices are largely acknowledged to be impeccable and they have attracted legions of fans.

“She has certainly donned some of the most prized, rare and valuable jewels in the world in her time.”

But what are Kate’s favourite jewels?

Charlotte continued: “Kate has a definite affinity for natural diamonds.

Is Prince Andrew’s attendance at the Jubilee celebrations going to irritate Prince Charles and William?

Prince Andrew

A royal analyst believes that Prince Andrew’s attendance at the Epsom Derby for Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee festivities will ‘surely enrage a lot of people.’

If Queen Elizabeth permits her favourite son Prince Andrew to escort her to Epsom, royal analyst Natalie Oliveri feels the Jubilee will be a disaster.

On the Australian Today Extra programme, she said this when discussing Andrew’s possible return to Epsom Derby.

The Sun quoted Oliveri as saying, “I think it could really backfire for the Royal Family.

“This is not going to be a good look if Prince Andrew does accompany his mother to the Epsom Derby later this year.”

The royal expert further said: “It will certainly leave a lot of people angry.”

Prince Andrew brought his mother to Prince Philip’s memorial on March 29, nearly two months after settling the Virginia Giuffre lawsuit, Natalie Oliveri said.

According to recent rumours, Prince Andrew is expected to return to Epsom with her mother for the Platinum Jubilee weekend.

According to sources, Prince William and Prince Charles are “very opposed” to Prince Andrew returning to public life.

Did you know Prince George’s new prep school fee?

Did you know Prince George's new prep school fee?

Prince William and Kate Middleton are apparently preparing to send the future King Prince George to a new school outside of London, where their other children, Prince George, eight, and Princess Charlotte, six, are now enrolled.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are apparently relocating from London to Berkshire, necessitating the establishment of a new school for their eldest son Prince George.

George’s new prep school for includes everything from a pig farm to a golf course and costs a whooping £25,000 per year.

The co-educational prep school for 590 boys and girls ages three to thirteen costs between £6,448 and £6,999 per term, plus £1,481 per term for boarding.

George’s annual bill would be between £23,787 and £25,440 if he boarded at the school, but it would be between £19,344 and £20,997 if he returned home each day.

Given Kate’s love in outdoor learning, the school is nestled amid 52 acres of Berkshire countryside, making it a good fit for George.

When the Queen's mother escaped and was found having a drink in a bar

Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother, was known across the world for her quick wit and no-nonsense attitude, attributes that earned her the title of ‘Best Loved Royal’ at the time of her death in 2002.

Ian Parker’s family has disclosed some fantastic memories from his three decades as a Derby police officer, including his remarkable encounter with the Queen Mother. Jane Hart, Ian’s daughter, told the Derby Telegraph: “They lost her! There was this operation to make sure she was OK and to make sure everything went smoothly. It was a big occasion, and I remember him feeling very proud and privileged to be taking part and getting involved with it.”

She continued: “They were leading her around, and they were proud to have her come to the city. But they couldn’t find her. He told the story to me, and you could tell he was still feeling nervous about telling it years on because of what they must have gone through.

“I think quite a few officers were sent to find her, and my dad found her in the bar having a drink. The Queen Mother was quite known for enjoying a tipple, and she did when she came to Derby.”

Her desire of a drink was noticed multiple times over her long life, and she even made a comedic appearance in the Queen’s Head pub in Stepney, East London, pulling her own pint and declaring it better than champagne.

Darren revealed: “He’d say ‘Let’s do a soufflé for dessert’, and you’d say, ‘Well, would you like chocolate or Grand Marnier, vanilla?’ And he’d say, ‘Let’s do kipper!'”

“Even at breakfast, I think just eggs and bacon were boring. He loved it when you put smoked haddock kedgeree or devilled kidneys on the menu, ” he continued.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are facing difficulties in their marriage life due to this!

Emile Adame stated she can ‘see a lot of problems in the relationship behind closed doors’ in an interview with To Di For Daily programme.

The celeb astrologer said, “I see her (Meghan) having a lot of heartache right now.

“This is a very challenging marriage, very challenging. Here’s what I feel… I can see two roads. And one of the roads that I see is that the relationship itself… that they could grow apart at some point emotionally, but that Harry would feel a duty to his children, and would not leave them,” the International Business Times quoted the fortuneteller as saying.

She further stated that while Prince Harry wishes to return to the United Kingdom, Meghan does not since she has other plans.

Prince William has no sympathy for his uncle Andrew

Prince William has no sympathy for his uncle Andrew

Prince William has no sympathy for his uncle, Prince Andrew, according to a journalist.

In a commentary for The Sun, Fleet Street Fox writes that the Duke of York has a history of making terrible decisions and will no longer be supported once the Queen passes away.

“The Duke of York is nothing if not consistent. His only real problem is that he is consistent at making bad choices,” notes the writer.

“The Duke, who just a few months ago confirmed his public appearance at the memorial would be the last, is now reportedly considering smearing his pudgy chops across the Derby, a Falklands anniversary event, and the Platinum Jubilee.

Read more: Prince William will always support his younger brother Prince Harry

“Prince Andrew is a true pauper prince – a man of poor wit, poor talent, and poor judgement. All that makes him rich is his title, and after giving up every other honorific his HRH is the one thing he has held onto. He is not allowed to use it, but he does still have it.

The columnist, commenting on Andrew’s aspirations to’reinvent’ himself, points out that his wishes are unrealistic.

“Andrew seems to be intent on reinventing himself – not as a changed or chastened man, but as a prince, who needs to show no humility or shame.

“With the Queen by his side, Andrew can try it. But he has underestimated two things.

After Queen’s death, the Duke has to not only face brother Prince Charles and nephew Prince William, but also British public.

“The first is the fury of the British public, which does not forgive sexual misconduct in public life that easily, still less so when it involves someone legally a child. And the second is the ruthlessness of monarchy – the one quality which has been passed through that family since William the Conqueror.

“Charles may go easy on his younger brother, but William seems to feel nothing but scorn for playboy princes with dubious means of financial support. There will not be space on William V’s balcony for Uncle Andrew, nor much patience with the York family’s inability to adjust their lifestyle to suit their income.

“Andrew is therefore working against the clock – if being a prince is what turns a buck, then how much of a prince can he be, in the time his mother has left?” concludes the columnist.

He continued: “He used to get in a lot of trouble from my grandmother for covering most of the places we had lunch and things with mustard on the ceiling.”

Meghan Markle could never become popular without Prince Harry

Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle’s “shocking lack of marketability” has been criticised by royal experts, who claim she “could never have grown popular” if she hadn’t married Prince Harry.

In an interview with Express UK, US analyst Lee Cohen made this assertion.

There he claimed, “They’ve earned my scorn because they’ve treated Harry’s family very poorly in all of this. I don’t feel that it’s at all productive for them to be criticising the Royal Family.”

“They got what they wanted. They stepped back, they have the notoriety already. They certainly never would have obtained the level of publicity that she currently has if she hadn’t married into this family.”

On his personal YouTube channel, royal expert Neil Sean discussed the couple’s ‘improvement’ since arriving to the United States.

There he admitted, “Let me give you a bit of advice Harry and Meghan, it’s not as simple or as easy you possibly think.”

“You have to think of content and then more importantly you have to produce it, write it and maybe hopefully get an audience on top of all that.”

“So it’s not as easy as they possibly thought but when you become a major celebrity like Harry and Meghan are now, the bigger problem is you have a golden period.”

“Everybody wants to sign you, you get invited to things like the Oscar. You get offered all of these mega deals as we saw the books deal along with is worth a lot of money even though he’s going to have to deliver some rather tawdry asides to make sure that people feel they’ve got their value for money.”

Before concluding Mr Sean added, “If it’s a spectacular success, they are guaranteed even more money but as ever in the fickle world of Hollywood they’re now living in, if it doesn’t resonate with the audience then they can expect a sharp decline in those mega offers and mega deals.”
