Just a month after its release, Android 12 Beta becomes the most downloaded beta version in the history of Android.

Google released the first Beta version of Android last month and recently released the Beta2 version. Vice president of Android projects, Dave Burke, revealed in a tweet that the beta version of Android 12 had become the most downloaded/installed test version in Android history.

The public beta is currently available for Google Pixel 3 and above smartphones. The update is also available for brands such as OnePlus, Lenovo, Asus, Oppo, Realme, Sharp, Tecno, TCL, Vivo, and Xiaomi.

Google Hopes Artificial Intelligence Can Turn Search Into a Conversation

Google often uses its annual developer conference, I/O, to showcase artificial intelligence with a wow factor. The tech giants introduced LaMDA this year.

In 2016, it introduced the Google Home smart speaker with Google Assistant. In 2018, Duplex debuted to answer calls and schedule appointments for businesses. In keeping with that tradition, last month CEO Sundar Pichai introduced LaMDA, Artificial Intelligence “designed to have a conversation on any topic.”

Pichai demonstrated what it’s like to converse with a paper airplane and the celestial body Pluto in an onstage demo. For each query, LaMDA responded with three or four sentences meant to resemble a natural conversation between two people. Over time, Pichai said, LaMDA could be incorporated into Google products including Assistant, Workspace, and most crucially, search.

Pichai said: “We believe LaMDA’s natural conversation capabilities have the potential to make information and computing radically more accessible and easier to use,”

This time the company has added a built-in screenshot feature in Chrome’s editor option.

However, many browsers, such as Vivaldi, offer users a built-in screenshot tool for certain web pages (without cropping and unwanted content out of frame).

But this new feature of Google Chrome has been introduced with the permission to remove unnecessary content from the frame and add specific text.

According to the report, the new feature has been added to version 91 of Google for Android which will be able to capture the address bar as well as the web page.

Google’s new feature for Android users is available in the share menu option as a screenshot before the copy link feature.

Under which users can now take a screenshot of any web patch, as well as send or print this screenshot before anyone else, and easily edit it (without adding croups, words or highlights) without leaving the browser.
