Any Pakistani citizen can apply for this document specific to their residing country, enabling visa-free travel to Pakistan for those with dual nationality. The issuance of SNICOP requires the mandatory inclusion of the passport number.

NADRA has established two fee structures for Smart NICOP, categorized by region. Notably, countries like Bahrain, with a significant Pakistani population, fall under Zone B.

As of December 2023, NADRA outlines the normal, urgent, and executive fees for obtaining the Smart NICOP, providing a streamlined process for overseas Pakistanis.

For those residing in Bahrain, classified under Zone B, the fee structures as of December 2023 are as follows:

• Normal: $20 USD
• Urgent: $30 USD
• Executive: $40 USD
