Prime Minister Imran Khan in his special address on independence day, expressed strong hopes for a better future of the country.
Imran Khan congratulated the nation on the 74th independence day and said Pakistan is the practical implementation of Allama Iqbal and Quadi e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s vision.
Imran Khan said the Tehreek e Insaf led Government to want to make Pakistan a strong welfare state.
While talking on the coronavirus situation in the country, Imran Khan said precautions must be taken and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and all health protocols must be followed to prevent coronavirus pandemic.
Imran Khan said despite of reduction in cases, Pakistan is still fighting a war against the dread virus.
Prime Minister continued that Today our economy is improving and corona cases are decreasing. On the one hand, we were afraid of corona and on the other hand, we were afraid of starvation.
The whole nation successfully contracted the coronavirus, added Imran Khan.

Talking about the economic situation of Pakistan, Prime Minister Imran Khan said Pakistan Stock Exchange is improving as it has regained the confidence of people. We facilitated business in the construction sector that ultimately improved lives of laborers. Ease of doing business improves the economy and reduces poverty.
Imran Khan while reaffirming support to Kashmir said We will continue the struggle for the independence of Kashmiris.
Earlier Imran Khan in his social media message said, ” My message to our brave Kashmiri brethren is that our nation stands united with them in their just struggle for self-determination. We will provide them with all the support at all levels as they valiantly fight India’s illegal occupation.”

I congratulate nation bec we are fixing the damaging structure we inherited in our Power sector. After long negotiations we have signed new agreement with IPPs which will bring down cost of power generation & reduce circular debt. Next reform target is power distribution system.
