A 26-year-old female teacher faced a harrowing incident when unidentified armed men opened fire on her in Mandi Bahauddin on Tuesday.

The police reported that the female teacher was heading towards the school, when unidentified individuals attacked her with gun shots.

Added that the assailants, riding a motorcycle, swiftly fled the scene after the attack.

The injured teacher was promptly transported to the government hospital in critical condition, as reported by the police.
