Cipher case: Qureshi challenges IHC’s bail cancellation order in SC

The former foreign minister and PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has challenged the Islamabad High Court’s decision of cancelling his bail application in the cipher case in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

The application filed by Qureshi in the Supreme Court stated that IHC’s decision against bail was incorrect.

Qureshi in his petition urged the SC to accept his bail application.

On August 19, Shah Mahmood Quresh was arrested by the FIA in connection with the ongoing investigation into diplomatic cypher which had gone missing from the possession of the PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
