ISLAMABAD: Three army personnel were martyred and two terrorists killed in two operations of security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Friday.

An Intelligence-based operation was conducted against terrorists in Roori area of Dera Ismail Khan.

Security forces also destroyed several hideouts of terrorists in Lakki Marwat

In Lucky Marwat, two soldiers embraced martyrdom in encounter with terrorists.

37-year-old Naik Zafar Iqbal belonged to Gujranwala and 30-year-old Sepoy Haji Jan, belonged to Ghir, were also martyred.

In the action of security forces in Lakki Marwat, one terrorist was also killed.
