QUETTA: The government has launched Sehat Card in Balochistan on Friday. The residents of Balochistan would be able to get treatment at 1200 hospitals across the country through the cards, Bol News reported.
After issuance of the Sehat Cards, people’s identity card would be their Sehat Card. The launching event was held at the Chief Minister Secretariat.
Caretaker Chief Minister Ali Mardan Domki, the CEO of State Life Insurance, secretary health, Health Department officials and Caretaker Balochistan Health Minister Dr Amir Muhammed Jogzai participated in the event.
Amir Muhammed Jogzai said the provincial government would provide free health facility to more than 2.2 million families. He said the health facility would be available to people across the province. The entire government was on one page regarding the Sehat Card.
The Balochistan CM said all the people would get the best available health facilities without any discrimination of race and color. All the people should support them to promote the exemplary programme, he said.
