In recent hours, the armed wing of Hamas – the Al Qassam brigades – say they have:
– IDF soldier killed and two vehicles destroyed during an attempt to advance into northwest Gaza.
– Israeli tank set ablaze near the Zeitoun neighborhood after being hit by an anti-tank shell.
– Counterattack against soldiers who entered a building in Beit Hanoun where Hamas gunmen were concealed, targeting a bulldozer and an unspecified IDF vehicle.
The Al Quds Brigades, affiliated with Palestinian Islamic Jihad, report launching mortar shell attacks on two separate Israeli troops and vehicle groups near Erez and Al-Atatra in north-west Gaza.
