A suicide attack on a military base in Somalia has killed at least eight people and injured more than 15 others.
According to the details, a suicide bomber driving a car targeted the gates of the base near Mogadishu Stadium.

The news agency reported that the soldiers of Somali National Army were present at the National Ground.
Lt. Gen. Somali Army stated, a car loaded with explosives crashed into the entrance of the stadium.
It is to be noted that militant group, Al-Shabab claimed responsibility for the attack.
Al-Shabaab spokesman Sheikh Abdiasis Abu Musab said, We have carried out a successful operation by attacking a key military base in Mogadishu.
Enemies suffered heavy casualties, many were killed and wounded, and vehicles were destroyed, he added.
Earlier, Terrorists attacked in a restaurant in Baidoa town of Somalia, killing at least six people and wounding several others.
In another attack, a suicide bomber struck near a port in the capital, Mogadishu, injuring at least seven people, the BBC reported.
According to the report, Al-Shehab terrorist organization has claimed responsibility for both attacks.
