ISLAMABAD: The wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Farrukh Habib on Friday wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan for recovery of her husband, Bol News reported.
“Farrukh Habib is a law-abiding and respectable citizen of former member of the parliament. I and the family are worried about Farrukh Habib’s safety due to lack of information,” she wrote.
The constitutional rights of my husband, provision of justice, right to life were being violated, read the letter. She said she sought the chief justice’s intervention and support for the recovery of Farrukh Habib.
“Despite the order to the inspector general, no progress has been made in the case pending in the High Court for the recovery of Farrukh Habib,” she said adding that please take notice of the enforced disappearance of my husband.
