Pakistan Army Frontier Works Organization (FWO), and Rangers have begun arrived at Gujjar Nullahto help the civil government in cleanliness activities in Karachi.
Cleanliness operations of Gujjar Nullah will involve the use of FWO’s 50 dumpers and cranes. Garbage collected from the nullah will be taken to the landfill sites while considering environmental and safety protocols.
The cleanliness operations have been started by the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) on the directives of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

He said in a press conference on Karachi that he regretted the losses in the city. Karachi is working on a strategy for rains in August and September.
The chairman said that FWO has also reached Karachi. The purpose of formulating the strategy is to provide relief to Karachi in the coming season.
