The Qatari Ambassador to Pakistan called on Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Chief of Army Staff met with the Qatari Ambassador to Pakistan and discussed issues related to cooperation in various fields between Pakistan and Qatar.

The sources said that issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting while security situation in the region was also discussed.

The Chief of Army Staff welcomed Sheikh Saud bin Abdul Rehman to assume the charge of Qatar’s Ambassador to Pakistan.

Earlier, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa calls on Italian Ambassador today (Jul 16).

According to the Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR), Amry Chief had a meeting with the ambassador.

It is to be noted that the Italian Ambassador praised Pakistan’s efforts for peace and order in the region.
