- Home Office to determine if the requested security arrangements were essential.
According to a recent story, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been ordered by the Home Office to provide a 28-day notice before visiting the Country.
After his decision to stand down from royal responsibilities, the Duke of Sussex was advised that it would be up to the Home Office to determine if the requested security arrangements were essential.
The facts of the disagreement were revealed in legal filings connected to Harry’s libel suit against Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) over a story about his appeal against the Home Office over security arrangements, which was returned to the High Court on Friday (17 March).
In December of last year, the libel action was temporarily postponed to see if a solution could be made between the duke and the publisher.
