King Charles to grant Camilla title of ‘Queen’

  • Rumours suggest Camilla will be crowned Queen instead of Queen Consort.
  • Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are aware of the situation.
  • Queen Consort Camilla will formally be crowned on May 6.

According to a fresh rumour, King Charles III’s wife Camilla will be titled Queen instead than Queen Consort at the coronation.

The 74-year-old British king and his wife Queen Consort Camilla will formally be crowned on May 6, however the coronation version of the Bible apparently names the monarch’s wife as “Queen”.

“To commemorate the Coronation of their majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla. In the Abbey Church of St Peter, Westminster. The sixth day of May 2023,” the coronation edition of the Bible reads,” according to a source.

On the other hand, it is also alleged that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who have been invited to the celebration, are aware of the situation.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have received “email correspondence” regarding the coronation on May 6, but have not stated if they plan to attend.
