Quetta Gladiators, who have suffered back-to-back defeats in the ongoing PSL 2023, will be looking to turn things around when they play Karachi Kings in their upcoming match at Rawalpindi’s Pindi Club Field.

Quetta will be optimistic about their chances in the matchup because Karachi is the only team they have defeated thus far in the campaign. Now, when it comes to Karachi, they are also not in a good position as the Imad Wasim-led team has only been able to win two of their eight league games thus far.

Karachi’s hitters were excellent in their most recent game against Islamabad United, but the bowlers failed the club. Karachi scored 201 runs after 20 overs because of a spectacular effort by Imad Wasim (92 off 54 deliveries), but five of their bowlers let up ten runs or more per over, keeping Karachi constantly on the back foot in the second innings. For them to defeat Quetta, their bowling would need to considerably improve.
