PSL 2023: The defending champion Lahore Qalandars will face the last-place Quetta Gladiators in the Pakistan Super League’s 18th game on March 2 at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The Lahore-based team has a comfortable lead at the top of the standings after winning four of their first five matches.
The team led by Shaheen Afridi enters the match having destroyed Islamabad United by 110 runs in their previous game. The Quetta Gladiators, their rivals, have only managed to win one game throughout the competition, and with each match that goes by, their chances of moving on to the knockout stages of the competition grow more remote.
So far in the tournament, Lahore’s surface has been a batting haven, with batters scoring significant runs there. The team that wins the toss will probably choose to bat first because doing so has historically been successful at this field.
