LAHORE: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Thursday lauded former chief minister Punjab Pervaiz Elahi and Moonis Elahi for standing with PTI in difficult times despite pressure and offers from powerful circles.

He said transfer and posting are being done in these provinces regular basis despite the ban. He said the Election Commission of Pakistan, the Caretaker Punjab Government, and PDM are trying to delay elections.

He said fake cases are being registered against PTI leadership and workers in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by the caretaker governments instead of holding elections in their respective provinces.

Imran Khan said propaganda has been launched against the judiciary to put pressure on courts by the PDM-led government.

He said arrested PTI leaders including Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Asad Umar, and others shifted to different jails of Punjab. He said a large number of people registered themselves for Jail Bahro Movement and people are ready for the change in the country.

He said the Sharif family and Asif Zardari got relief through the NAB amendment after coming into power. He said PDM led government has badly failed to provide relief to the masses in the last ten months.
