PSL 2023: The 11th match of the Pakistan Super League 2023 will take place on Wednesday at Multan Cricket Stadium and pit Multan Sultans against Karachi Kings. Multan Sultans continued their impressive recent form with a commanding 52-run victory over Islamabad United in their most recent match.
With fifty runs each from Mohammad Rizwan and David Miller, the Sultans were able to bat first and post a respectable total of 190/4. Abbas Afridi eventually bowled out the United for just 138 runs after having already claimed four wickets.
The Karachi Kings ended their losing streak by defeating the champion Lahore Qalandars by a score of 67 runs in their final game.
With 46 points off of 36, James Vince took the lead, and captain Imad Wasim quickly added 35* for a final score of 185/5. Later, the Qalandars were defeated with just 118 runs thanks to the four wickets that rookie pacer Akif Javed took for a total of 28 runs. This was their first win after four games this season and their second triumph out of a total of 14 contests.
