A spokeswoman for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry denied allegations that the pair were suing over a recent episode of South Park.

“It’s all bullshit, to be honest. Completely bogus and tedious reports, “According to the spokeswoman, Harry and Meghan are not taking legal action against the show.

Supporters of the royal family say the pair called the show’s crew to record their complaint and prevent them from targeting the couple in the future.

A social media user commented on the spokesperson statement, saying, “Perhaps Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s spokesperson would prefer if the call log and audio recording of Prince Harry to the South Park staff was released.”

“Not sure if California is a two-way consent state for release of such audio,” the user stated.

The “Worldwide Privacy Tour” episode of South Park that aired on Wednesday was about a “prince of Canada” and his wife who move in the fictional Colorado town. The characters’ resemblances to Harry and Meghan were unmistakable, from the prince’s ginger hair and beard to the wife’s pink gown and hat, which matched Meghan’s appearance during Trooping the Colour in 2018. The cartoon pair was seen carrying “we want our privacy” and “stop looking at us” posters as they journeyed throughout the world.
