On Monday at the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi, Peshawar Zalmi won the toss and elected to bowl first against Quetta Gladiators in the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) season eight match.
After two games, Quetta and Peshawar each have two points, placing them in fourth and fifth place on the points chart, respectively. The victor of today’s game, though, will move up to second place on the standings.

In their subsequent match, Quetta defeated Karachi Kings after being thoroughly defeated by Multan Sultans in their opening contest.
While this was going on, Zalmi narrowly defeated Kings to start their campaign before getting trounced by Multan in their next match.
