Prince Andrew is frightened that he may lose his £30 million Windsor residence within months as a result of King Charles’ decision to reduce his annual allowance.

According to the journal, the monarch is tightening the purse strings for all members of the Royal Family as part of his attempts to decrease spending.

The attempts are being undertaken in view of the UK’s recent economic condition and severe financial circumstances.

It said that Prince Andrew is no longer receiving public monies through the Sovereign Grant as a result of his retirement from royal responsibilities.

According sources close to Andrew, King Charles’ decision might have a significant influence on the Duke of York.

According to a friend of the Duke,  It feels as though his brother wishes to evict him.”

“He’s not being explicitly kicked out,” another insider added, but it’s expected that he won’t be able to afford the maintenance.”
