Doge Price Prediction:
Dogecoin (DOGE), the cryptocurrency that powers the Shiba Inu meme-inspired layer-1 Dogecoin blockchain, was last trading 1.5% higher on Tuesday, just above the $0.09 mark.
Dogecoin has now risen nearly 3% from its Monday lows of just under $0.09, with buyers appearing to have stepped in to support the token as it retested its 21 and 100-Day Moving Averages. Thus, short-term price forecasts remain cautiously optimistic.
In recent weeks, the 21DMA has consistently provided good support, while Dogecoin appears to have derived support from an upward trend channel that has been supporting the price action since late December 2022.
The increase on Tuesday comes despite the activation of a long-dormant Dogecoin wallet address containing 2,043,137 DOGE for the first time in over nine years.

At current prices, 2,043,137 DOGE is worth just under $190,000. When compared to Dogecoin’s trading volume of $457 million in the last 24 hours, according to CoinMarketCap, this is a drop in the bucket, which is why markets have dismissed any concerns about these more than 2 million tokens being dumped.
