Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan aka Xulfi, a well-known musician, has been commissioned to rework all Pakistan Super League (PSL) anthems.

According to sources, Xulfi’s PSL mashup would be used to energise the audience during PSL 8 matches. With this remix, the PSL management hopes to provide fans a unique experience.

PSL anthems have previously included Ali Zafar (first three seasons), Fawad Khan, Young Desi, Asim Azhar, Haroon, and Arif Lohar (fourth season), Aima Baig, Young Stunners, and Naseebo Laal (sixth season), and Atif Aslam and Aima (seventh season).

One of the most popular PSL singers, Ali continued to perform Ab Khel Ke Dikha in the first season, Ab Khel Jamay Ga in the second, and Dil Se Jaan Laga De in the third.

Asim Azhar, Shae Gill, and Faris Shafi will perform this year’s anthem, the PSL has announced on its official Twitter account. The PSL 8 anthem was also written by Abdullah Siddiqui, who also provided the PSL 7 anthem.
