Special Assistant of Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Sania Nishtar said that Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program has crossed the 10 million mark in 9 weeks.
Sania Nishtar said in a tweet that beneficiaries have been served countrywide with Rs.121 billion cash assistance.
“Alhamdulillah! #EhsaasEmergencyCash crosses the 10 million mark in 9 weeks. More than 10 million beneficiaries have been served countrywide with Rs.121 billion cash assistance.
Overall, Rs. 144 billion will be paid out to more than 12 million families.”
She also shared a growth chart that showed the Ehsaas program’s progress in different categories.

World is Hailing the Corona Relief Tiger Force, Shibli Faraz
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Shibli Faraz said that the world is welcoming the Corona Relief Tiger Force for the assistance of people.
