KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday heard the petition against the collection of entry fees at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam in the port city.

As per details, a hearing was conducted in the SHC against the entry fees of Rs 30 at Quaid’s tomb and the court sought a response from the management board of the tomb.

Moreover, Additional Advocate General was also ordered to submit a reply at the next hearing.

The petitioner maintained that there was no entry fee before claiming that the Ordinance of 1971 relating to the management of Mazar-e-Quaid does not mention any entry fee.

The petition also added that the fees are also charged by the students on study tours at the spot.

On the other hand, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Crime Wing (CCW) registered an FIR against the ex-wife of Aamir Liaquat Hussain at the plea of his daughter Dua Aamer.

Dania was arrested yesterday from Lodharan and was shifted to Karachi to be presented before the court.
