A royal specialist has warned King Charles about the possibility of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry attending his coronation in May of next year.

Following the premiere of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Netflix docuseries last week, the queen has been forewarned.

King Charles has received a warning from royal expert Phil Dampier that if his California-based royal couple returns to the UK for his coronation next year, they might not be welcomed by the populace of Britain.

The coronation of King Charles will occur on May 6, 2023.

Phil Dampier wrote on Twitter:  “If King Charles wants to leave a door open to Harry and Meghan or invite them to his Coronation that’s up to him.

“But don’t be surprised if they get a hostile reception from the public.”
