Qambar Shahdadkot: Judicial Magistrate on Sunday approved three-day physical remand of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI), Senator Azam Swati, in controversial tweets case.
Senator Azam Swati was produced before the Judicial Magistrate and Civil Judge in Qambar Shahdadkot.
Qambar police requested Azam Swati’s physical remand in the case of the controversial tweet.
The Judicial Magistrate granted the three-day physical remand of Senator Azam Swati and handed him over to the police.
It should be noted that the security arrangement around Qambar Shahdad court has been made during the hearing.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Senator Saifullah Abro and Tehreek-e-Insaf lawyers are also present outside the court.
As many as 13 cases have been filed against Azam Swati by the Sindh Police.
On the other hand, Balochistan High Court ordered the release of Senator Azam Swati after quashing all the FIRs.

Earlier, PTI Senator Azam Swati is currently in the custody of Sindh Police in the town of Qambar located in district Qambar-Shahdadkot, his lawyer has confirmed.
Advocate Sohail Khan said Azam Swati is currently in the custody of Sindh Police in Naseerabad Police Station. He said FIR No. 188 has been registered against Swati, while FIR No. 77 has been filed by Wari Police Station.
