LAHORE: After medical check-up, a team of doctors has removed plaster of Paris bandage from leg of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Friday, Bol News reported.

The team of doctors visited Imran Khan at his Zaman Park, Lahore, residence.

Dr Ilyas said condition of the former prime minister was better and he had been advised to take precautionary measures. He said his plaster had completely been removed.

The team of doctors has asked to bring leg cover to cover his leg.

On November 24, a team of doctors of Shoukat Khanum Hospital had examined Imran Khan and declared him fit to travel.

A two-member team of doctors had arrived at Zaman Park to examine the former prime minister from Shaukat Khanum Hospital.

Dr. Khalid Niazi had examined the injuries of the PTI chairman at Zaman Park. The doctor, while talking to the media, had said that the wounds on the upper leg of Imran Khan had healed and the lower wound where the fracture occurred would take a few days to heal.

Imran Khan’s doctors had said that the first plaster had been removed and the second one had been loosened and applied.

Dr. Khalid Niazi had said that the brace would be applied on November 25 and the ex-PM would be able to travel after the brace was applied.

He had said that there was no restriction on Imran Khan for travel, but he would not have to put much weight on his leg.

The doctor had further said that it was good if Imran did not put weight on his leg for a week and Imran Khan had also been told to exercise.
