Deputy Speaker Punjab Assembly Dost Muhammad Mazari has shifted to his home after testing negative for the coronavirus.

“I have shifted to my home after completing my self-isolation period,” said Mazari.  Sardar Dost Mazari was tested postive for the virus on 10th May. Deputy Speaker Dost Mazari said earlier that he is not showing any symptoms of coronavirus and is in good health. However, he self-isolated himself after the result of tests.

On the other hand, Pakistan Tehreek Insaf PTI MPA Shaheen Raza has passed away today due to coronavirus. She was admitted to hospital yesterday. It emerged that Ms Raza had contracted COVID-19 after paying a visit to a field hospital a few days ago. The PTI provincial lawmaker, Shaheen Raza, was shifted to Mayo Hospital in critical condition.
