LAHORE: The JIT formed to investigate the assassination attempt case of former Prime Minister Imran Khan got hold of the video of the accused Naveed.
The JIT has taken the video clips from the CCTV cameras of the police station which revealed that the accused opened fire at 4:07 pm and was arrested at 4:14 pm.
It was also disclosed that Naveed was arrested from the junkyard and handed over to SHO Shehbaz Hunjra.
The JIT also shared that the accused was then given into the custody of CTD at 6:30 pm.
Notably, the JIT formed to probe the attack on PTI Chairman had decided to interrogate all police and security officials posted at the long march in Wazirabad on the day of the attack.
The JIT formed decided to interrogate the 570 policemen positioned on duty at the long march for security duties. The JIT has also announced to interrogate the District Police Officer (DPO) Wazirabad.
