LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreel-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that he was blaming IG Punjab in his statement not CM Punjab or the police for the delay in FIR against the attack on Imran Khan.
He also said that PDM has been adding insult to the injuries of the people.
Former Federal Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi while talking to the media in Lahore asked that is the FIR being filed according to our will.
He said that his statement was only related to IG Punjab adding that Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has said more than once that he stands with Khan, there is no room for doubting him.
Shah Mahmood also slams PDM for calling the Wazirabad incident a drama adding that the coalition should ask the family of Moazzam – the one who lost his life in the gun attack on Imran Khan – that what they have been going through.
He also urged the nation to reach Wazirabad at the call of Imran Khan to show solidarity and to resume the march from the same spot toward the capital.
Pertinently, PTI chief has announced to resume the march from the same spot where he was shot at Wazirabad and has urged the nation to join him there.
