Another royal expert claims that King Charles III, the father of Prince Harry, is “extremely heartbroken” by “what has happened” and “hopeful” of a reconciliation.

According to Katie Nicholl, who wrote The New Royals: Queen Elizabeth’s Legacy and the Future of the Crown, Charles is devastated by the way his relationship with the 38-year-old Duke of Sussex has changed since his son married Meghan Markle in 2018.
