Charith Asalanka’s undefeated innings of 38 runs off 25 balls initially assisted Sri Lanka in scoring 157/6 in 20 overs. Pathum Nissanka scored 40 runs off 45 balls, and Dhananjaya de Silva pounded out 26 runs off 23 balls during this time.
