This has not been a good year for celebrity relationships, as we keep hearing about divorces and splits. Feroze Khan and his wife, Syeda Aliza Sultan, did not have a friendly divorce, though. During the 4 years that the couple was married, their marriage was in the news more than once. After their son was born, Aliza left Feroze for a short time, but they got back together and then had their daughter Fatima. This time, though, the couple is officially divorced, and a custody and rights battle is going on in court.

Alia Sultan said in a statement released after their divorce that she had been physically and emotionally abused by her husband during their marriage. She even said that Feroze’s neighbours could say in court that she would scream when he hit her. Now, Aliza’s lawyer has given the police report that she filed on November 16, 2020, after her husband, Feroze Khan, hit her. Aliza has said that her son Sultan was hurt during a fight. When she filed a complaint against Feroze, her lawyer told her that his family had threatened her with phone calls.

Aliza has shown proof to the court, like a copy of the complaint and her medical-legal certificate. On the other hand, Feroze Khan wants to take care of children. For now, the court has let him see his children twice a month as long as he gives the court his ID card and passport.

The court has made a decision about Feroze seeing his children, and the next hearing will be on November 1, 2022, to talk about custody and money for the children.
